Meet Your Instructor Stephanie
Hi, I’m Stephanie, your yoga and workshop instructor! I created sk yoga + wellness out of my desire to share my love of yoga and its benefits with the world. Yoga is such a powerful modality and if done correctly a few times a week, can drastically improve your flexibility, balance, and strength. One of my favourite benefits of yoga is its ability to calm your mind, and build resiliency.
