Benefit from bespoke classes that are specially tailored to be accessible to all body types, ages and needs.  Different modalities, including pilates, weight training, and cardio may be combined with yoga to enhance your practise.

In Person Group Classes

Get strong, toned and improve your flexibility at weekly in person yoga classes. Tuesdays 9:30 am and Wednesdays 7:15 pm join me for Yoga Flow with Music. Located in a gorgeous loft space in Leaside.

Meet Your Instructor Stephanie

Hi, I’m Stephanie, your yoga and workshop instructor! I created sk yoga + wellness out of my desire to share my love of yoga and its benefits with the world. Yoga is such a powerful modality and if done correctly a few times a week, can drastically improve your flexibility, balance, and strength. One of my favourite benefits of yoga is its ability to calm your mind, and build resiliency.
