VIP Membership

Put Yourself First.

Get unlimited access to the two weekly live virtual classes, valued at $15 each. And access our online + on demand video library of classes, available all day, every day!

Monthly membership is a great option for those who want to incorporate 1-2 weekly classes into their fitness routine. Members get two weekly live by zoom classes, access to the on-demand video library, and a choice of two in-person yoga classes per month OR a 20 minute monthly private yoga tune up session.

Our goal is to keep you connected and motivated to participate in multiple weekly yoga classes.  It’s a perfect way to put your health and wellness first!

Weekly Group Classes

Fitness and Wellness Made Simple. 

We are a supportive community that offers weekly drop in classes to stretch, unwind and strengthen your body. We want to foster a strong connection with you, and constantly tailor the classes to meet your needs.  You’re always encouraged to send feedback by text, email or telephone to let us know what you like.

We offer four classes per week:

Wake Up, Energize!

Online & Live, Mondays 7:45 - 8:30 am

Wake Up, Energize! is an invigorating, full body VIRTUAL by zoom class that will tone, strengthen and stretch you out AND you’ll get an energy boost to help kickstart your day!

Non-members fee: $15 payable by e-transfer.

Pilates Core & Yoga Flow

North Leaside Studio, Tuesdays 9:30 - 10:30 am

Get your body moving during this all levels 60 minute IN- PERSON yoga + pilates influenced flow class that will improve your muscle tone, balance and flexibility. Classes are small in size with a focus on community.

$25 per class, payable by e-transfer.

Mind Body Wellness

Online & Live, Wednesday 10 - 11 am

Mind Body Wellness is a VIRTUAL by zoom class that explores weekly therapeutic topics to increase flexibility + strength, and of course, give you an all-around stretch. Recommended for all, including beginners.

Non-members fee: $15 payable by e-transfer.

North Leaside Studio, Thursdays 7:15 - 8:15 pm

Get your body moving during this all levels 60 minute IN- PERSON yoga + pilates influenced flow class that will improve your muscle tone, balance and flexibility. Cool down with a restorative pose at the end. Classes are small in size with a focus on community.

$25 per class, payable by e-transfer.

Yoga Under the Stars

North Leaside Outdoor Studio, Begins May 24th

This summer, enjoy an outdoor evening class that gets you moving. All proceeds from the 2024 season have gone to Daily Bread Food Bank. Stay tuned for the charity we will be supporting this summer.

And even if you can’t attend a class at the scheduled time, you can watch a recording.  We make it easy for you to keep your fitness and wellness goals!

Private Sessions

They Have Many Benefits.

Beginners can gain experience in a comfortable, safe environment; private sessions reduce the feelings of anxiety which may be triggered in a group setting

Benefit from bespoke classes that are specially tailored to be accessible to all body types, ages and needs. Different modalities (weight training, meditation, pilates) can be combined with yoga to enhance your practise.
