Yoga Made Simple. Every Day, Every Month.

Get unlimited access to the three weekly live virtual classes, valued at $15 each. And access our online + on demand video library of classes, available all day, every day!

New videos will be added weekly, you can go back and watch previous classes, or save favourites to watch again and again.

Our goal is to keep you connected and motivated to participate in multiple weekly yoga classes.  You’ll be part of a community of people all working to strengthen mind, body and spirit.  Every three months you’ll be invited to join an online community chat with other VIP members.  You can ask questions and share experiences with the virtual experience.

Weekly Live On-line Classes

Fitness and Wellness Made Simple. 

We are a supportive community that offers weekly drop in classes to stretch, unwind and strengthen your body. We want to foster a strong connection with you, and constantly tailor the classes to meet your needs.  You’re always encouraged to send feedback by text, email or telephone to let us know what you like.

We offer three live virtual classes a week:

De Stress Yoga is designed to help calm your busy mind, and remove tension from your body.
A select group of poses for flexibility, strength and relaxation, with a meditation or restful pose at the end.

DEEP Stretch emphasizes a balance of body alignment and deep stretching (especially in the hips and shoulders) to increase flexibility & strength. This class will strengthen your body with gentle transitions and minimal weight bearing on your hands. Recommended for all levels, especially beginners.

Power Vinyasa Flow is a vigorous, physically challenging and heating style of yoga. Postures are linked together in flowing sequences connected by the breath to create a practice of continuous movement. You will get sweaty, but after a relaxing cool down, you will leave feeling refreshed.

And even if you can’t attend a class at the scheduled time, you can watch a recording.  We make it easy for you to keep your fitness and wellness goals!

Private Sessions

Virtually or In Person, They Have Many Benefits.

Beginners can gain experience in a comfortable, safe environment; private sessions reduce the feelings of anxiety which may be triggered in a group setting

Focus on your personal needs – especially if you find certain poses challenging due to injury or mobility problems, we will work together and find what works!

But You’re Looking For Something More.

Want to take a deep dive into a wellness area that interests you? Do you want to make some gains in your fitness or mental health levels?
Why not try a short term class series? Every few months we offer a wellness program. Here are some of the ideas we have lined up for 2022:

Yoga Strength & Sculpt

If you’re looking to get stronger, fitter, and augment your existing yoga practice. Dedicate time to a 4-week program to reach your fitness goals. This class is perfect for individuals with basic exercise and fitness experience, who are looking for a challenging yoga class.

Yoga Nidra (Yoga for Sleep)
You remain conscious during the entire practice, but many individuals new to sleep yoga actually fall asleep. That’s how well Yoga Nidra works to help you concentrate and relax your mind.  This program is perfect for working professionals, individuals looking to reduce anxiety and helpful for people who suffer from insomnia.

Learn to Meditate
Discover beginner meditation and mindfulness techniques to honour your breath, and calm the chatter in your mind.​​ Beginners ease into the practice, hold space for themselves, and learn to meditate for the first time.

In Person Group Classes

For winter 2023 I will be offering yoga classes on Tuesday mornings and Wednesday evenings.   

Classes are in Leaside, a few streets south of Eglinton and Laird (28 Industrial Ave).  There is free parking available.  

Classes offered (and open to all levels):

Yoga Stretch with Light Weights  
Tuesday 9:30 - 10:30 am

Evening Yoga Flow 

Wednesday 7:15 - 8:15 pm 

Class fees are $27 + hst ($30.51) and payable by transfer.
