The VIP Membership gives you unlimited access to the yoga video library, which is a hub of prerecorded yoga videos that you can go back and watch.   AND you get unlimited access to ALL the live weekly virtual yoga classes.

By contrast, drop-in classes are live, and you pay per class. If you pay for a drop-in class you do not get access to the yoga video library.

We have three membership options: Monthly $65, Quarterly $180, Annually $672. All prices include HST. You can pay by E-transfer or credit card (note: credit card payments subject to additional fees)

Yes, you can take unlimited live drop-in classes.

Yes! Private yoga sessions are great if you are a beginner, or if you have injuries or health issues. Please email: stephanie@skyogaandwellness.com

Yes, it’s super easy! You can independently cancel whenever you’d like, it’s just a month to month contract. Just email us and we can do it for you: stephanie@skyogaandwellness.com

All you need is a yoga mat to enjoy all of our classes. Some of our classes also include the use of additional props (but we always give alternatives if you don’t have them). Props that we use in some of our classes include yoga blocks, a yoga strap, a cushion (or bolster), and in some workshops: light weights and resistance bands.

Classes are 60 minutes in length unless otherwise stated.

Yes! DEEP Stretch and De Stress yoga are good classes to start with if you have limited (or no) experience with yoga. Power Vinyasa Flow is a more challenging workout and some prior experience with yoga is recommended. You can always reach out at: stephanie@skyogaandwellness.com
